About Rebecca Stephens
How I show up…
I know what it takes to run a global mobility program on the corporate side AND what it takes to support a client from the supplier side. Owning corporate GM responsibilities can feel lonely and unappreciated.
On the corporate side mobility is often seen as an overhead cost and administrative. Let me help you show leadership how GM can be a strategic investment in your global corporate Talent Mobility strategy.
What do I bring to the table besides mobility expertise?
Impeccable Ethics - for me that means honesty - it means doing what I say I will do and delivering all feedback professionally, even when it is tough.
Multiplying - I love it when I make my clients look good to their stakeholders. I am a force multiplier.
Humor - humor has a way of lightening tough and boring situations.
Hard Work - I value hard work, and having fun while doing it.
I look forward to helping you establish a nimble global mobility framework to nail your global talent aspirations.

My Story
I began my Mobility work as a Relocation Counselor at Motorola, one of the largest mobility programs by volume at the time, specializing in Executive relocations and large group moves.
Next up was Sr. Director of Account Management at Dell, during a mobility hay-day where employees at all levels were offered home sale and household goods moving benefits. These benefits extended into the housing crisis in ‘08. Dealing with home sales in that market taught me Resiliency (as relo pros were getting beat up on the daily), High EQ (helping guide angry and upset employees and leaders through difficult conversations), Creative Problem Solving (we had to get creative dealing with the individual home sales and all the inventory).
I am an artist. Why am I telling a potential client this? My first degree is in Graphic Design, and I bring my right brain creativity to all problem-solving. According to my many corporate assessments over the years, I am equally left-right-brained. I get a high when someone says: “I would have never thought of that - let's try it!”
I have a Masters in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation. These skills translate into a high EQ for building and assessing programs to match a client’s hiring and benefit philosophy.
I also have a Masters in Legal Studies with an HR and Employment Law focus, allowing me to view mobility programs through a compliance lens, providing invaluable guidance to clients.
I love helping people with my expertise, guiding them confidently through the stress of mobility by creating supportive policies. I love building programs that manage costs and mitigate risks while offering invaluable support to employees and their families. It’s my passion that has led me to develop Talent Mobility Experts, so I can share the power of orchestrating global mobility success with others.
